This is my 3rd time staying here for work. The beds are comfy, rooms are clean along with a great location! Along with all of that you Great staff!
Staff is extremely kind and friendly, room is clean, smells great, beds are comfy and the pillows are actually fluffy and I didn't have to ask for an extra one. Rate was much more reasonable than I anticipated. Would absolutely recommend this hotel over the motel down the road.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of room and breakfast area. This should be rated a 4 star hotel instead of only 2 stars in my opinion. The grounds and parking area could use some improvement, however once inside all is well. For the price, I was very pleased and will stay again.
This was very inexpensive and was a great experience staying here waiting on our home to close. Marten was super nice & kind and willing to help in any way. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
This was a great bargain hotel. There's no elevator. The carpets in the rooms were really dirty & stained. The hotel smelled clean & common areas were well maintained. The beds were super comfortable & had zip-on waterproof mattress pads, which I was very appreciative of (don't have to worry about critters). One recommendation I would have is to get rid of the carpet everywhere!
I have stayed for a few weeks at the hotel. For the price, it’s is the best in town. The team does a great job keeping the place clean which is what really matters. I did shed the point that they should vamp up their coffee game for breakfast.

I WASN'T PLANNING ON STAYING AS LONG AS I HAVE,, I JUST LOVE THE SERVICE & QUALITY HERE.. CHOOSE THIS HOTEL,, AMERICA'S BEST VALUE INN OF PITTSBURGH,, KANSAS ~
